In celebration of this year’s anniversary of the October Revolution, various Vietnam–Russia Friendship Associations and Chapters, along with alumni groups, liaison committees, and communities of those who have studied, worked, lived in the former Soviet Union or the Russian Federation—or simply have a love for Russian culture and cuisine—have been actively organizing gatherings and exchange events in diverse formats. These activities reflect a deep sense of nostalgia for the land of birch trees, offer opportunities to share updates on current life, and foster discussions on how to further strengthen solidarity, friendship, and cooperation with Russia.
Au Viet Food is honored to serve as a sponsor and long-term partner of the annual commemoration event “Beloved Land of the Birches” (Miền Bạch Dương Hoài Nhớ). This special occasion offers a heartfelt moment for attendees to revisit treasured memories of their time in Russia, Belarus, and other former Soviet republics, and to express gratitude for the support and kindness extended by the governments and people of those countries to the people of Vietnam.
The event received media coverage in partnership with VOV1 – The Voice of Vietnam News.
