Job Description

  • Develop and execute PR and communication plans aligned with the overall marketing strategy of the product or project
  • Be responsible for content creation, including editing, writing, and publishing news and visuals related to product or project activities, with the goal of delivering timely updates to target customers and generating engagement for ongoing campaigns. Manage and maintain content on Facebook and the company website.
  • Carry out customer care activities and manage the customer database.
  • Schedule broadcast and advertising slots, and monitor content and ad duration to ensure alignment with the approved plan.
  • Collect and analyze revenue and cost data, and evaluate the effectiveness of advertising channels.
  • Develop creative concepts and execution plans for communication events to promote the product and enhance brand visibility.
  • Assist in organizing company events.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Manager and the Board of Directors.

Job Requirements

  • A university degree in Marketing
  • Đ At least 2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, and customer service
  • Knowledge of online marketing, including trends and consumer preferences
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINT
  • Strong command of English: Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, public speaker
  • Event organization
  • Content writing skills
